The silverpdf platform is solely an intermediary software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that allows merchants to convert static quotes into interactive web proposals and accept orders directly. The platform does not monitor, warrant, or guarantee any delivery, financial settlement, or agreement between the merchant and the end-client. Any commercial contract or commitment resulting from interactive quotes is strictly a bilateral agreement between the merchant and the client. The silverpdf platform disclaims all legal, financial, and moral liability for any disputes arising between the parties.
Welcome to silverpdf. This platform is fully operated and owned by the silverpdf platform. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using our interactive quotation and direct-order services, you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please terminate your account immediately. Users must be at least 18 years old to execute transactions.
(a) Credential Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and password. Any actions executed through your account are deemed authorized by you.
(b) Cyber-Security & Lockout: To protect critical proposal lists and business records, our automated security system locks any account for 60 minutes after ten (10) consecutive failed password attempts. Account release prior to this duration requires identity authentication via support.
(a) Ownership: All source code (PHP, JS, HTML), system databases, style sheets, PDF parsing algorithms, logos, and UI designs of silverpdf are the exclusive intellectual property of the silverpdf platform, protected under international copyright/patent laws.
(b) Anti-Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse engineering any part of this platform without prior written, signed authorization from the management of the silverpdf platform. Violations trigger immediate civil and criminal proceedings.
(c) User Uploads: You retain all ownership rights to original PDFs uploaded to your dashboard. You grant us a technical, limited license to host, process, and display files to facilitate client quantity editing and order submission.
(a) Plans: We provide Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms or pricing features at any time with prior notice.
(b) Secure Payments: Stripe handles all transactions using secure encryption standards. No raw credit card credentials are stored on our servers.
(c) Refund Policy: Subscriptions are cancelable at any time. Due to immediate system resources deployment, all fees are non-refundable except in the event of persistent service failures verified by support.
(a) Binding Agreements: Electronic approvals and sign-offs on SilverPDF conform to the US ESIGN Act, UETA, and the European eIDAS regulation, conveying full legal binding authority.
(b) Audit Logs: The platform logs electronic actions (IP address, timestamps down to the second, operating systems) to secure merchant-customer contract validity and prevent quote repudiation.
silverpdf services are provided "as-is" and "as available". In no event shall the silverpdf platform, its directors, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including profit loss, data leakage, or business interruption). Our total aggregate liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid by you to the platform in the preceding 12-month period.
We prioritize customer privacy and file encryption under strict security standards.
