silverpdf platform is strictly committed to protecting the privacy of merchants and their final business clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is secured, and our strict non-disclosure practices.
(a) Merchant Account Data: Full name, business title, tax identification number, contact phone, and email, alongside subscription states.
(b) Proposal and Client Data: Uploaded PDF quotes, extracted line-items, and client information entered during interactive order submission (full name, phone, company, city, and IP address) to build secure audit logs.
All uploaded PDFs, banking transfer vouchers, and transaction records are encrypted using AES-256 protocols both in transit and at rest. Documents are kept inside isolated storage structures with access limited to the designated merchant, the recipient client, and authorized system audits.
SilverPDF does not sell, trade, lease, or share any merchant details or customer databases with third-party advertisers. Collected information is solely used to facilitate transaction processing and proposal analytics.
We provide tools for merchants to inspect, export, edit, or request permanent deletion of their account databases and uploaded proposals from our servers.
